Your rug can represent a significant investment and requires specialized care during the cleaning process. After we measure and evaluate the condition of the rug, we will conduct a process proven to ensure your area or Oriental rug is properly cleaned.

Step 2: Vacuuming & Dusting

Using a vacuum with a gentle rotary brush, we will remove all surface dirt from the rug. Once complete, we will utilize a high-powered air system that provides forced air to the front and back of the rug, working to extract as much dust as possible. This process may be conducted two or three times- until the dust has been removed.

Step 4: Fringe Cleaning

After the rug has been cleaned, we will take the time to gently brush and clean the fringe around the perimeter of the rug.

Step 6: Brushing

Once the rug is dried, we will go over the rug with a final brushing, in order to align the pile within the same direction of the nap.

Deodorization

We can address smoke or pet odors using an environmentally safe solution that eliminates odors but protects colors from bleeding or fading. Applied during the freshwater rinse, our all-natural soap-free deodorizers can dissolve even the toughest odors.
